Eat
healthy
Start
consuming vitamins and minerals that are beneficial for your skin’s health. Eat
healthier foods like fish and fresh fruits, vegetables and proteins in your
regular diet. You can still eat other foods but lower on the intake of fat,
sugar, and calories. Some foods have empty calories. Avoid all unhealthy foods
that have been processed or fried, as well as those with a high fat content.
Try not to eat too much junk food such as potato chips, pizza, cookies, cakes,
greasy hamburgers and other similar bad food.

healthy liquids
Make sure to take in plenty, i.e. 4-5 liters

to avoid wearing clothes that do not flatter your figure. You don't need to

your unique figure. Wear pastel clothes, like white, pink, grey, orange and
brown. This will enhance your look of vulnerability and will make you look

11. Practice good oral hygiene

your teeth after every meal for 3 minutes, then floss, and use mouth wash to

gums too. Brush your tongue about 1 minute every time your brush your teeth to
keep it pink. If you have crooked teeth, get braces and do as your dentist
recommends. Do this and you will have a perfect mouth.
12. Exercise
regularly to maintain your fitness
Toning (30 minutes): Do 50 sit ups a day, do 20 push-ups a day (if you can't do it all in a row, try at least 6 in a row at first) do 60 arm curls a day with 5 pound weights (at least 20 in a row)(hold one weight in each hand, hold arms to sides, then lift weights up to shoulders, then back down and repeat), 50 over head presses (hold 5 pound weights above shoulders with arms bent, then lift arms straight up over head and lower arms back to first position. Do 50 squats and 50 lunges.

for the next 3 minutes.
13. Sleeping
To
refresh yourself, there is no alternative than sleeping. Sleep is very
